Bucs make an offer to Tim Jennings

On Monday, the Bucs hosted veteran cornerback Tim Jennings after he was released by the Chicago Bears which prompted the immediate connections to head coach Lovie Smith. Although a signing did not occur, there could possibly be one on the horizon.
