It’s homework season for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as they bring in players for pre-draft visits. They have already met with several prospects and this week is no different.
According to NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport, the Bucs are one of several teams meeting with Eastern Kentucky’s Noah Spence this week.

Spence is an interesting prospect. His on-the-field ability is undeniable but his off-the-field incidents is what scares scouts and teams. He was banned by the Big Ten for failed drug tests while attending Ohio State and eventually admitted he had an addiction to Ecstasy that dated back to high school.
While Spence claims his drug addiction is now behind him, teams will have a tough time deciding if that is indeed reality. Scouts have told TBC his past is “real” and they are having a difficult time projecting “which version of Noah Spence” they will be getting — both on and off the field.
